FTS-1A Rotary Powder Filling Machine
This equipment is a latest powder filling machine designed and developed by our company in accordance with the latest national GMP standards. The machine applies the latest technology, with a more reasonable, concise, and sturdy design. Can feeding, metering and filling are automatically completed. It is suitable for packing powder and granular materials, such as pharmaceutical powder, milk powder, protein powder, chicken powder, solid drinks, grape enamel, Rice noodles, etc.
MACHINE FEATURES
1. Adopting a card type positioning mechanism, Chinese and English LCD touch screen, PLC control system, the working mode is clear at a glance.
2. Use cans or bottle shaped containers, do not fill without bottles or with missing bottles, and can be equipped with an automatic bottle in can system.
3. The overall structure and layout of the machine are reasonable, the packaging varieties are changed, and cleaning and hygiene are carried out for convenience.
4. Imported servo motors are used, which have fast speed, large torque, and greatly improve packaging accuracy.
5. Cooperate with the feeding machine, automatic control of material level, automatic replenishment of missing materials, saving time and effort.
6. By replacing screw accessories, the same equipment can meet measurement requirements of different specifications.
