DF-5000 Powder Filling Machine
This packaging machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of powdered materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and agricultural by-products, such as milk powder, starch, pesticides, veterinary drugs, premixes, additives, seasonings, feed, enzyme preparations, etc.
MACHINE FEATURES
1. The packaging machine integrates mechanical and electrical functions, and is controlled by a LCD touch screen PLC;
2. It has functions such as automatic measurement and filling, automatic adjustment of measurement errors, etc;
3. Fast speed: Adopting spiral cutting and light control technology;
4. High accuracy: Adopting a control principle that combines servo motor or stepper motor filling and electronic weighing feedback;
5. Wide packaging range: Within 30-5000g, the same equipment can be adjusted and replaced with different specifications of cutting screws through the weighing interface on the display screen;
6. Wide application range: It can be used for powder or powder particle mixed materials with certain fluidity;
7. Errors caused by changes in material density and material level can be automatically tracked and corrected;
8. Photoelectric induction cutting, only manual bagging is required, the bag opening is clean and easy to seal;
9. The parts in contact with the materials are made of 304 stainless steel material, which is easy to clean and prevents cross contamination.
