Hanyoo
The DZH-120 horizontal automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech integrated product that combines mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and optical technologies. It is suitable for automatically cartoning blister-formed capsules, tablets, blister boards with aluminum-plastic packaging, and similar items. Its working process includes the conveyance of medicine boards or items (multiple boards at a time, adjustable), the conveyance of drug leaflets (with automatic folding up to 4 folds), automatic forming and conveying of paper boxes, simultaneous insertion of medicine boards and folded leaflets into the paper boxes, and automatic completion of tasks such as batch printing and sealing the ends of the paper tongues. This machine can be connected in line with blister packaging machines and labeling machines to form a packaging production line (can be equipped with a hot melt glue machine).
