Granulation principle

Operation process

-Wet granulation machine: It is necessary to add a certain solvent or lubricant during the granulation process to ensure that the raw materials can be fully wetted and form particles. The operation steps are relatively complex, including mixing, drying, coloring or adding additives, drying, etc.

-Dry granulation machine: The granules produced are generally hard and have a high density, suitable for making granular solid products; The particle size is uniform, the appearance and flowability are good, and the disintegration is easy to control.

-Wet granulation machine: The particles produced are generally soft and have low density, suitable for making granular liquid or semi-solid products; The particles have good surface properties, beautiful appearance, strong wear resistance, and good compression formability due to surface wetting.
