Aiming at the above pain points of non-free-flowing powder packaging, our equipment adopts a mature bottom-up filling mechanism to fundamentally suppress dust generation. In the volumetric filling process, the pneumatic or servo lifting device stably lifts the container, making the filling nozzle closely fit the bottom of the container. When the auger starts to quantitatively discharge powder, the container will slowly and synchronously descend, always keeping a tiny and stable distance between the powder accumulation surface and the nozzle outlet.

This design completely avoids the dust problem caused by the free fall of ultra-fine powders, purifies the production environment, and eliminates potential safety hazards. At the same time, the nozzle is equipped with an active pneumatic shut-off valve and a professional mechanical screen plate dual anti-drip structure. After the auger stops rotating, the device can stably lock the viscous powder to prevent residual material dripping, ensuring neat and standardized packaging of each container and no material waste.

Free-flowing bulk powders such as crystalline beverage granules and coarse salt have excellent fluidity, similar to water under gravity. Different from ultra-fine powders, the core difficulty of this type of material packaging lies in material overshoot and inaccurate metering. The simple shutdown of the main drive mechanism cannot immediately cut off the material flow, and the continuous drifting of residual materials will lead to excessive filling volume, out-of-tolerance packaging weight and low product qualification rate.

To achieve instant cutoff and high-precision weighing control, our free-flowing powder filling machine is equipped with a variety of professional precision cutoff configurations, including sliding gate valves, pneumatic pinch collars and customized internal spinner plates. Among them, the spinner plate makes full use of the natural repose angle characteristics of free-flowing materials. When the equipment stops rotating, the powder will form a self-locking structure instantly, thoroughly blocking the unmetered drifting materials and realizing zero-delay cutoff.
