Machine Introduction

The SL-2A electronic counting machine is the latest product developed by our company, which has the advantages of wide application range, high production efficiency, and can be used for multiple purposes. This machine can be used for capsules, soft capsules, tablets (including irregular shaped tablets), pills, candies, and grain seed products. And it can meet the requirements of the national drug production quality management standard "GMP"

This machine adopts anti high dust photoelectric counting technology, which can count and package solid particles with a size range of 5-12mm. Can be bottled, boxed, and bagged, fully compliant with GMP requirements, especially suitable for research institutions, hospitals, newly established small pharmaceutical factories, and health product factories.

Performance characteristics

High accuracy: The electronic counting machine adopts a proprietary system developed independently for many years, and is equipped with OMRON intelligent fiber optic sensors imported from Japan combined with PLC touch screen control. It has precise counting and strong anti-interference ability.

Good body material: The body material is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to pollution and corrosion, and easy to maintain. The contact parts are made of stainless steel material not lower than SUS304, and the structure adopts a "flexible structure". Components that need to be cleaned in daily life can be removed by hand without tools, which is extremely convenient for cleaning and avoids contamination caused by long-term retention of material powder on the contact surface.

Convenient to use: The machine is equipped with a locator at the discharge port, which can limit the container to the correct discharge position. The loading container tray is a lifting structure, and the height of the container tray can be adjusted according to the height specifications of the bottle.
